How to Order

At SEABORN, you can place your order using one of the following three methods:

 Existing Members

 STEP 1　Select Products

Add your desired products to your cart.

STEP 2　Review Cart

Please check the products and quantities, then click “Checkout.”

STEP 3　Sign In

Enter your email address and password, then sign in.

STEP 4　Select & Confirm Delivery Address

Please select the delivery address. If you would like to ship to a new address, please enter the new delivery information. Check “Add to Address Book” and click “Send to This Recipient.”

※ If you wish to change your registered sender or delivery address information, please update it in “Address Book” under My Account before placing your order. Updating your Address Book will not remove the items in your cart.

 STEP 5　Review Order Details

Please enter the delivery date and time, gift wrapping options, and message card details as needed.
After reviewing your order details, click “Confirm Order.”

※ For seasonal products shipped via Fresh Delivery, delivery date/time selection and gift wrapping options are not available.

 STEP 6　Payment

Credit card payment is the only available payment method. Please complete the payment process.

STEP 7　Order Complete

After your order is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

 New Member Registration

 STEP 1　Select Products

Add your desired products to your cart.

STEP 2　Review Cart

Please check the products and quantities, then click “Checkout.”

STEP 3　Register as a New Member

Select “Sign Up” and complete the required information to create your account.

STEP 4　Enter & Confirm Customer and Delivery Information

Enter your sender information and click “Save.”
Next, enter the delivery address information, check “Add to Address Book,” and click “Send to This Recipient.”

STEP 5　Review Order Details

Please enter the delivery date and time, gift wrapping options, and message card details as needed.
After reviewing your order details, click “Confirm Order.”

※ For seasonal products shipped via Fresh Delivery, delivery date/time selection and gift wrapping options are not available.

STEP 6　Payment

Credit card payment is the only available payment method. Please complete the payment process.

STEP 7　Order Complete

After your order is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

 Guest Checkout (No Registration Required)

 STEP 1　Select Products

Add your desired products to your cart.

STEP 2　Review Cart

Please check the products and quantities, then click “Checkout.”

STEP 3　Select Guest Checkout

Select “Checkout” and continue. 

STEP 4　Enter & Confirm Customer and Delivery Information

Enter your sender information and delivery address information, then click “Send to This Recipient.”

STEP 5　Review Order Details

Please enter the delivery date and time, gift wrapping options, and message card details as needed.
After reviewing your order details, click “Confirm Order.”

STEP 6　Payment
