[OS-85] Lobster Thermidor Half Side (Microwave Ready)

The lobster is boiled and cut in half lengthwise. The meat is carefully taken from the shell and mixed in cream sauce. The mixture is then placed back into the empty shell and sprinkled with cheese.
All you have to do to worm up in the microwave for a few minutes.
