- Delivery dates and gift option including custom message cards cannot be requested to this order.
- Different Grade pine mushrooms may be delivered separately even if you place orders at same time, due to the different time of harvesting.
- If you are requesting delivery to more than one address, delivery dates may not be the same for all addresses.
- We cannot pack and ship fresh pine mushroom together with any other items.
- There will be no guarantee for quality of product if recipient is away or no longer at the given address. There will also be no refund given in these situations.
- Surcharge will be added for shipping to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands. ($5.00 for Hokkaido and Okinawa. Ask for remote islands.)
